Horrible experience! When I first walked in, I was greeted by a manager yelling unnecessarily at her staff. Like what could they have done that bad to warrant all of that yelling? Then, to top it off, my biscuit was extremely burnt and black as sin. I will be contacting corporate.
5 stars goes for the gentleman working the drive thru tonight (Zach) after a long day out, bojangles was our final stop and his customer service was the best we’ve had all day! Thank you Zach!
