Our staff of professionals work hard to assist people in selecting the proper chair size for your needs. When we offer advice and it is not heeded we record that it our system. Unfortunately, because of COVID we cannot return a chair once it has been in a healthcare facility, especially 5 days after it was received. Sorry we lost your confidence. People need to know the items we sell are clean and sanitary, especially now.

We had a great experience at this store. Mel and Braden were friendly, helpful and patient. Nice inventory to choose from. Found what we were looking for! The young men that delivered our furniture were nice, polite and friendly! There was an issue with our table and they took it back to store, fixed it and returned it all in the same day! Great customer service! Would highly recommend!
