My mom bought new mattress and box springs and a new bed. The bed she bought had a bad chemical smell they would not give her her money back they told her only an in-store credit. She was told by Sherry that if she had any problems they would take care of it with no problems and that they would make things right and they didn't 😏

I paid cash up front for a mattress, protector and delivery fees. I was told at the time of purchase by Melissa that it was out of stock and they would have to ordeer it and they would give me a call in about a week to set up delivery. 1 1/2 weeks later I called to check in with them because I hadn't heard from them yet and was told it should be in that following friday. 22 days from the date of purchase I contacted them again and was told it was out of stock and had to be ordered. i was finally contacted 4 WEEKS from the da... read more
Mel was very friendly when we came in last week to purchase a new dining room table. Very helpful and not pushy at all. Will definitely go back here to get other furniture in the future!

I ordered a coffee table and an area rug and put two end tables in lay a way until we got back from Florida. Sherry was quite helpful with the process and the staff was very personable. Love the quality of the furniture.
