Have been having lunch here for 30 years! The food is outstanding, the staff is very kind. However, the other diners are rude and abrupt. What has happened to Marin? People have changed so much, I miss the earthy, considerate old Marin people. We moved to Sonoma County for this very reason. Country roads take me home!! Whew
The food was great! The service not so much...one can't help but think because there were 4 Brown women at the table, there was a little discrimination going on...our female waitress when she asked if we were done with the check and we said we were not said "just figure it out" While she smiled and greeted all of her other tables pleasantly, she was straight up rude to us. But like I said the food was amazing! Love the Chinese chicken salad!
Whatever I order here is amazing, including the decaf coffee which is usually mediocre at most cafes. I think they get their coffee from Oakland and since that's where I live, I would love to know where they get it.
