Mike is awesome to work with He is attentive and his first priority is making sure you are satisfied with what you get. We love our new mattress! It was a fantastic experience overall. We loved learning about all the components of the mattresses and testing customized options while we were there. Each side of our mattress is customized to both mine and my husband's preferences. We felt no pressure to buy or to upgrade beyond our budget. Customer Service was outstanding. Mike Moore was so helpful is choosing a bed both for my comfort level and within my budget! When the adjustable base I had ordered was not available by the promised delivery date, I received an upgrade to a more expensive base at no charge. Everything was delivered, set up, and checked before they left my house. Oh, and I slept very well on the new mattress, too.

Told Mike I needed a bed for guest room in the basement. He put a rush on my order and had the Bed ready to go the same day. I would recommend checking out his store before going anywhere else.

Finally!!! I found a company that cares about my body’s sleep needs. We had a custom made mattress designed for both our sleep needs and seriously can not rave enough about our experience.
