Sinita Hankins was a guest speaker at my conference, and she shared practical therapeutic tips to help the young ladies manage their emotions when feeling overwhelmed. They genuinely enjoyed her session she is truly an incredible therapist and speaker. If you’re looking for a therapist, I highly recommend her!

I couldn’t recommend Sinita enough. As someone with many identities the idea of going to therapy was something the scared me but quickly Sinit’s made me realize is the best decision I could’ve made for myself and my friends and family saw that too. Sinita is a hero in my household!! I found her when I was new to therapy and I'm so grateful that I did. She is everything you could possibly hope for in a counsellor: compassionate, insightful, supportive, understanding, and she somehow knows whenever I'm skipping over something important ;) She helped me overcome the anxiety that had taken hold over the course of the pandemic, and get me not just back to where I was, but better and stronger and more capable than ever before. I worked with Sinita for two years, and I experienced a ton of growth during that period! Sinita was a listening ear and a calming voice, and she also gently challenged me to take a different approach to my relationships in order to deepen and improve them. Working with Sinita was always comfortable, and she always brought levity to our meetings and made me feel like I had a safe space to share my thoughts. I really appreciated my experience with her and would 100% recommend her as a therapist!
