Matt used to be excellent. However after having an air conditioning unit installed earlier this year and the wifi adaptor not working, he has simply not returned my calls or messages. Finally got Daikin to fix the issue - it hadn't been installed properly. Such a shame as he had a good business before this.
Matt should be ashamed of the way he conducts himself and his business! We have been waiting for 6 months for him to finish our job, he doesn’t answer his phone and then sends a message to say he’s coming. I have taken 4 days off work so that I can let him in and then he doesn’t turn up. I wouldn’t recommend him for anything, an absolute disgrace!!
We had the strangest experience with Matt. He was so good to start, super responsive, enthusiastic & reasonably priced and then…nothing. We booked an install date & he messaged back to ask to change it but it was the wrong date agreed on? We emailed, messaged & called over the next week or so & we’re totally “ghosted”. No messages or calls or any explanation what was going on. We organised time to be here for the install and he didn’t show up. Still haven’t heard back…
