I had some bad experiences with my dentist growing up, and have always dreaded going. Once I moved to Rochester a few years ago, I let my previously bad experiences keep me from finding a new dentist. It finally came to a point where I knew I had a cavity and that I had to break down and go. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. I walked in for the first time and was treated as if I had always been going to them! The dentist was so gentle, and to my shock I didn't feel any pain. As usual, Dr. Ken Nozik and Dr. John Tumminelli are the consummate professionals and quite possibly rank among the best in their field. I have been seeing Dr. Ken for years and over that time our relationship has evolved from a doctor/patient one to one where I consider him a friend. His caring for his patients shows through in EVERYTHING he does and he looks at his patients with a holistic view. Jodi (my hygienist ) is diligent, professional and very skillful; she takes good care of my teeth. The docs are great & the office staff always make you feel welcome.
I HAVE BEEN WITH DR. NOZIK ( & DR. TUMINELLI AT TIMES ) FOR MANY YEARS AND i HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT! I HAVE ONLY ADMIRATION AND APPRECIATION FOR THE LEVEL OF CARE AFFORDED ME THROUGH THIS OFFICE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT THEM THROUGHOUT THE YEARS! I HAVE NEVER LEFT AN APPOINTMENT UNSATISFIED OR FEELING LIKE I WAS "RUSHED" THROUGH ANY PROCEDURE. I was in a lot of pain, and I got in the same day, even though I am a new patient! Dr. Nozik was so reassuring since I don't like going to the dentist-the whole staff there is so pleasant, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
This was my first dental experience at White Spruce. Talk about pain free dental work. My appointment was more than 2 hours long and I was made comfortable the whole time. I'm so glad I changed dentists. My previous dentists seemed disinterested and never mentioned the problems I had. Dr. Nozik and the staff are great. I am off to my next appointment with no fears and actually looking forward to it. Chris Russo
I enjoy going there, though generally not keen on going to a dentist. They are professional. Highly recommend to anyone.
