We called these guys hoping for that honest, small-business feel, but instead, we got the exact same upselling tactics you expect from big chains. Our AC went out during a 100-degree heatwave. The technician came out, changed a bad capacitor, and the unit kicked right on. But since the system had just started up, the air was obviously still a little warm.
