David and his guy were helpful and saved me a ton of money and time by diagnosing what was really wrong and replaced the part that was acting up vs having to do a full replacement. Can’t thank them enough.
Comfort Zone has been taking care of me/my AC unit for over 10 years now. They are still locally owned (unlike many who have gone corporate) and they take significant pride in their work and reputation. They have always helped work me in as soon as possible when I have an issue and are always thorough and detailed in explaining what is going on and potential solutions. They are also fairly priced. Donnie helped me today but Chris and Danny have also been wonderful to work with in the past. Thank you Comfort Zone!
Fast service answers phones and calls customers
I'm a long time maintenance plan customer of theirs and have always been happy with the service and their prices. My old HVAC system gave out Monday afternoon and I had a tech at my house at 8 am the next day. As I feared, the system was dead, They gave me a great price on a new system and were installing it the next day. Prompt, professional, quality work at a fair price. I won't go anywhere else for HVAC work!
Tyre was amazing!!! He came through the door today 9/24/25 and was able diagnosis the issue with my AC unit in mere minutes!!! I was blown away with his rate of speed and efficiency.
