I recently had a service appointment with Comfort Zone Inc. and was very happy with the experience. The technician arrived on time, explained the issue with my HVAC system in a way that was easy to understand, and completed the repair efficiently. I appreciated that there was no pressure to pay for extra services I didn't need. Everything has been working perfectly since the visit, and the whole process was smooth from scheduling to completion. I would definitely use their services again.

Elie was fantastic to work with for a water heater repair at my rental property. The unit wouldn't turn on. Elie came out three separate times to make sure it was fixed right, and he even called the manufacturer directly on my behalf to track down the correct replacement part. He was patient, persistent, and clearly committed to solving the problem. With a new tenant moving in soon, his reliability made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend him for water heater repairs!

Eli and the crew did a great job at our house. We had no heat when the weather was -20 outside. They showed up a couple hours after calling and fixed the issue. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services
