I would not recommend them to perform any service. They are highly unreliable. I had an appointment for furnace maintenance on 01/17. They never showed up or called that they will not be able to arrive. They never answer their phone. Left 2 VM and still never heard from them. I had to find another provider to help with my furnace.
Eli is great. Called on a Saturday, and he provided an eta of 90 mins, but came in 60. He diagnosed the problem, which was a loose screw causing the blow motor to spin and overheat after taking the unit apart. He didn't try to take advantage when others under the same circumstances could have and would have. 125 service fee and 75 for time and taking everything apart. Extremely fair. He gained a customer for life. Look no further for good and honest work.
SUPER-responsive and friendly; best price for the city to replace a furnace. Had a quote for thousands more for the same job. No joke. It pays to shop around, and I would definitely recommend them.
This company has done work for me for years. I wish I would have given him a review years ago. Better late than never.
