We needed new furnaces after living in our house for 20 years. After receiving several estimates we chose Comfort Zone. The pricing was competitive and Jeff's professional approach as well as honesty sealed the deal. One other quality service had suggested I consider a two stage blower, but Jeff looked at our A/C units and the rest of the system and told us we would be overspending and would not see any additional benefit over simply replacing what we had with newer, upgraded models. We just experienced a great Hybrid Heat Pump + Propane gas heater high efficiency install by the Comfort Zone team. All aspects of the process were great. This is a small business who cares about the quality of the install at a competitive price!!
Highly recommend! Honest and affordable company. We have had several companies service our system over the years, and have been nickeled and dimed with repair costs that never lasted. We switched to Comfort Zone and they kept our system running at significantly reduced prices (even a service call on Christmas day) and eventually replaced our system. After getting a quote for repairs from one of the large companies, I was quite pleased with the one from Comfort Zone. The large company quoted me on some parts that I learned later were not even defective. As a result the labor cost along with the parts I actually needed resulted in a very significant savings. Jeff is very friendly and professional. I have since referred Comfort Zone to several friends and neighbors and they were all equally as happy with the service.
