This place is a joke. My home warranty sent this company out it took the 15 days after they had my new AC from insurance company to come out and that's after I called and complained. When they showed up they charged me for all kind of things they never replaced. Total crooks. My new AC still does not work after thier installation. Never hire them.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. A technician came out to my house on 11-5-2015 and said we needed a new power board. He returned Monday 11-9-2015 and said he was given the wrong part and would be back in a few hours. Come 5:30 pm 11-9-2015 we received a call from the technician letting us know he would not be coming back that evening as promised. Ok I understand stuff happens. We love Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling. Technician has been over once to repair my central a/c. They are punctual, professional, and very kind people. And I think they are really competitively priced. I would strongly recommend anyone use their service.

I second that vote for the worst company to ever set up shop in the Los Angeles area... We have been waiting since August 21st to have our Air Conditioning fixed... it is NOW Sept. 18th. The first person who came showed up at 7:25pm and only filled the freeon but missed the fact that oil was leaking from a broken valve, probably because the sun had gone done and he didn't check it. After only 5 days it stopped working AGAIN. THE SECOND CALL HAS PROVEN WORSE THAN THE FIRST ONE. No one ever does follow up and you have to liter... read more

This the worst company I have ever run across. My AC broke over 3 weeks ago and I was unfortunately assigned this piece of sh*t company as my contractor. First appointment they sent out a "spcialist", he gave me a window of from 9am to 6pm, nice and wide, he showed up at 630pm even missing the window. He came in and fiddled with the furnace for not even 3 minutes and walked out the door, he gave me a receipt and said he will send in a claim requesting to fix my blower. I am very surprised that it got so many positive reviews. I suspect they are false given the 5 stars for all. Well this is a real review: This company is horrendous. We booked an appointment and they never showed up or called. I called multiple times and still nothing. I would say if you want your AC fixed go to somebody else, because if you go with them, like me, you will still have a broken AC

Honest, reasonable, quick service. Called them out for a commercial air conditioning services. for duct leak testing they were out the next day.Quickly diagnosed the problem, quickly fixed it, for much less than we'd been paying elsewhere for service.

Thanks to Gamlet my house is cool in the summer and warm when it's cold. I paid another company double what I spent with COMFORT ZONE HEATING AND COOLING but they did a terrible job. I am glad I found COMFORT ZONE HEATING AND COOLING because they fixed the problems and now my family and I are comfortable at home. thank u COMFORT ZONE HEATING AND COOLING
