Very unprofessional-poor workmanship-will not stand behind his work Do not waste your time and money on a company that has no remorse for bad work and try's to blame the customer . The unit was under warranty and this company let the warranty expire instead of reporting the unit to the warranty company appropriately. What happened before you were hired is not the issue-what Happened under "your care", is and you failed greatly. This company is horrible. Bad work bad business bad attitude, very unprofessional . Do not waste your time and money on a company that has no remorse for bad work . *Im sure the owner is going to respond to my review and prove my point.
Outstanding work. Fixed my heat with no issues. Both technicians were knowledgeable and professional.
Great experience. Faster than the other guys, and a better price too. Hopefully I won't need to, but I would definitely use them again.
