After recently installing a new central air unit under my double-wide trailer, everything was working fine—until suddenly, one side of my home stopped getting any air. I CONTACTED COMFORT ZONE, AS A FRIEND HAD RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY, WHICH HE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. KENNY SENT A TWO MAN TEAM TO LOOK AT AND ASSESS MY SITUATION. THEY BOTH AGREED THE VALVE WAS BAD AND NEEDED REPLACED. THIS BEING THE SAME PART MY REPAIR PERSON OF 14 YEARS HAD COME OUT TO WORK ON AND COME TO FIND OUT WAS PUTTING "A BANDAGE ON" THREE TIMES TO THE TUNE OF $2,300. Very unprofessional-poor workmanship-will not stand behind his work Do not waste your time and money on a company that has no remorse for bad work and try's to blame the customer . The unit was under warranty and this company let the warranty expire instead of reporting the unit to the warranty company appropriately. What happened before you were hired is not the issue-what Happened under "your care", is and you failed greatly.
