Such a lovely experience, it was my first time coming here! Dr.Bui was wonderful and made sure I understood my prescription. The effort and communication given by Dr.Bui made me feel more comfortable and able to put my trust in someone who’s very knowledgeable in this field! Amy and Anh who were at the front greeted me with warm smiles, making sure as a patient to feel like this is a place I can come to! Which I will be, thank you to the team!
I chose Comfort Vision because they were part of the Davis vision insurance that I carry. Never again. Never. While the optometrists are competent, the rest of the business is a mess. Every other Davis vision provider covered many extras that comfort vision charged me for. I paid a lot of extra money that I should not have had to pay. I wanted my eyes checked and a recommendation for glasses. I’m glad I chose here because walking in the receptionist greeted me with a smile and friendly conversation. She made the process of getting an appointment very convenient. She’s a star! My exam revealed minor things that I didn’t even know! It was thorough and their information was detailed. The options for glasses were good and easy to choose from. If I need further assistance I know who to call. Thank you again!
