RecommendedMy whole family goes to Comfort Vision. They are a team of wonderful professionals who always are super polite and helpful. My kids feel really comfortable with everyone there. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
I have been going to comfort vision for 3 years and they have been so sweet to me. I recommend 100% if your in needed of anything. The eye doctors are incredibly sweet and they keep very good distance. The clinic in general does very well with keeping distance and checking your temp.
I’ve been going to Comfort Vision for at least the last 6 years. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and the staff. They go above and beyond the call of duty to keep the place clean, make their clients happy and most importantly, seeing 20/20!
Stopped by Comfort Vision to get an exam and some glasses. The staff were all wonderful and Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and answered all my questions. They were nice enough to pre measure my face and ship the glasses to me so I didnt have to stop by the store again.(it was adjusted perfectly for my face) Thank you Dr. Nguyen and staff for a 5 star experience.
Had issues putting in new contacts, everyone was super patient and very friendly with me. I really appriciate it!
I've been coming here since 2015 and, until recently, have been mostly satisfied with Comfort Vision's services and their employees. This year that all changed when they have proven to me that they are incapable of properly communication with insurance providers. I made an appointment for a Saturday for my wife, my two kids, and myself. On Thursday or Friday I received a phone call from the office stating that they were unable to find my children in VSP, despite having had them as patients in previous years. Haven't had an eye exam in about 12 years. They were super professional, friendly and helped me get some much needed reading glasses. Great experience.
It was my first time to comfort vision Bothell. I had not been to the eye doctor in over 5 years, but these guys were great! Very professional from the moment I walked in the door. The appointment was swift and to the point. There was no pressure at any point to buy into anything. Thank you for being awesome!
