The problem was electrical in the heat pump control circuit keeping the compressor from cycling properly. The problem was corrected by replacing one damaged control wire. Many residential contractors would have tried to sell me a new heat pump. When I do need to replace the unit Florida Green Team will get the business as well as yearly service on the existing unit. I was also very impressed with the service tech that did the work.
FL Green Team came out to repair a Trane air handler they installed 1 year ago. They quickly determined it was a manufacturers defect, and worked with Trane to replace the entire unit with a newer model free of charge. Great to see FL Green Team stands by their service and warranty work to the satisfaction of their customers. Would highly recommend.
