Our property management uses Comfort Technology and they have provided a service for the last few years we've been in our home for almost 10. This year the exterior unit what's considered a complete lost most likely due to age. Our service tech has been out a few times usually the same person and he's always been very nice. I would highly recommend homeowners and property managers also use Comfort Technology. Thanks guys.

He was very polite, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He inspected and replaced only the broken parts on my heat pump. Mr. Jeff didn't sale me unnecessary STUFF. Aiden came and got the job done reliably and politely. Even spent more time on the outdoor system to make sure it was clean and running well. It's been about 15 years or so and I've never been let down by comfort tech. I trust their expertise and workmanship.
