In the midst of closing on a home this company came out to repair the HVAC at the property that I now own. Several things ended up being repaired, contactor replaced, drain cleared, coolant added, coils cleans, several things. Some even done after closing because I refused to pay for more repairs and real estate agency paid for me to agree to close. Repairs done after closing.
