I scheduled a in home estimate for a new furnace. Conditioned Air called the day before to confirm. On the day of the appt. I left work early and got home to wait for the tech. At my scheduled time, the techinican called to tell me he was in another city and that maybe he could help me with a quote over the phone. Not what I wanted or expected.
