Let’s start with the room. Smells like funk as soon as you walk in. We stayed in their largest suite, it’s like a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen. $750 a week. The disposal was not working. I go downstairs, they do not have a maintenance man. Like at all. I fixed the disposal. Next, the dishwasher doesn’t work. It never got repaired. Housekeeping speaks zero English. None of them. For the price - I only wish the windows were sealed and not dripping rain water all over the A/C Unit and floor.. Other than that - price is VERY adequate to the standard .

It’s time they invest money into upgrading or at least fix the broken items very noticeable in their rooms. Stayed in room 208, towel rack by sink & toilet paper holder were broken. The door on closet was missing. No hair dryer in the room, holder where it goes was broken & missing. It was close to midnight, had wet hair before noticing no hair dryer.
