Great budget friendly hotel! Comfort Suites The Colony and entire staff are competent and friendly. Rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable and hot breakfast served daily.
I stayed here unexpectedly after getting stuck in town for work due to a snowstorm, and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. I work night shift, and when I booked I made sure to inform the hotel multiple times about my schedule. Despite that, they still attempted to call me around 9:00 AM, which is the middle of my sleep time. That was frustrating and felt like my requests weren’t taken seriously.
