This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There are cockroaches in the room and hallways. There is not any hot water - it is lukewarm. The pool and hot tub are closed for at least several months for renovations. I left after one night and I’m still figuring to get a refund due to health and safety concerns.

DO NOT COME HERE!! My boyfriend and I came here from Dec 21-23 early in the morning around 3am & already had a room that had a broken shower & when we turned the water on yellow stuff that looked like pee came out of it at first than turned clear which was disgusting to see & an inconvenience within itself with not being able to shower after a long day. In one word: appalling. Bugs (possibly a cockroach), barely functioning plumbing fixtures, water (maybe mold) stains in the ceiling, noise (transmitted via poor construction), toilet paper dispenser without a spring spindle (no, it's not the biggest problem but it screams indifference), weird greasy residue on desk, suspiciously warm breakfast area refrigerator (holding yogurt). Any price/location attractiveness does not make up for the incredibly poor quality room.
