We were given the wrong room at check in. We had made reservations and paid in full, to get the deal for a specific room layout. Had to go back to the front desk and hassel with getting the correct room. The AC began leaking water, spoke to the front desk twice (2 different people). While we were out all day, the AC was not fixed. Went down to the desk and was told to take care of it and given to small trash bags to put 5 soaked towels in. I never make review but I’m absolutely disgusted with this location, their staff and rooms, the first room I got put in had mold all over the lamps and bed sheets, not to mention also in the AC UNIT!!! this is absolutely disgusting and a HUGE safety hazard. The second room i got put in had the worst smell and mold/black spots on the outside and inside of the vent on the ac unit and mold in the shower.
