Chelsee helped us get checked in for our visit and was amazing to work with! She was super helpful in getting everything arranged, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and greeted us with a warm, friendly attitude that set the tone for our entire visit. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests, and her professionalism made a real difference. Highly recommend!

Sheila at the front desk was the embodiment of welcoming care and comfort. I arrived dripping wet, early from a downpour ride on the Katy Trail. She welcomed me, confirmed my room was waiting for me, gave me Chex Mix! and didn’t give me any grief about my muddy bike. (I made SURE to clean up after myself in room. ;) Room was spotless and had everything I needed. Highly recommend Comfort Inn for riders coming into St. Charles off the Katy Trail. And Sheila is a star.
