If I could give NO stars I would . We checked in on Friday to room 213 opened the door and the bed sheets comforter were dirty not clean. There was food on the counter . We had family already checked in, so we wanted to be on the same floor we asked how long for another room to be ready . They said they had no house keeping on duty . We were moved the another room, slightly better but the walls were stained with blood carpet you can tell has not been washed in years. Walked into my room after long day and there was a roach in hall way and in my room on pillow. Felt absolutely dirty but couldn’t change hotels at 2 am
Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with waffles, sausage, and scrambled eggs.
Very nice hotel convenient to many places we were visiting. Only downside was all the construction on I-35 so there was some retouting and traffic. That is not the hotels fault.
The staff will lie and say your room smells like marijuana just so that they can kick you out. Never staying here again.
