This hotel was very disappointing! My mom made reservations for us using her CHOICE points just like she had hundreds of times. She accidentally booked one less day than we needed so I made a separate reservation for that night and included a note about the two. We stayed the first night with no problem. The girl who registered us said we’d be able to remain in the same room. The next day while we were out, we received multiple calls from the desk saying we needed to check out and back in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. My only complaints are the lighting in bathroom was too dark, no cover over the shower drain, no shelf in the shower, no soap holder in shower or on the bathroom cabinet and the breakfast wasn't very good.
Nice place with a great staff. Room is comfortable and large!
El día de ayer entramos al hotel y ese mismo día nos dimos cuenta que el baño no bajaba bien. Me dirigí a recepción para comentarle y la respuesta fue darme un destapacaños 🪠. Por la medio día salimos a comer y regresamos por la noche, según iban atender lo del baño. Y entendimos que sería al momento de hacer la limpieza de la habitación y Ò sorpresa en la noche que llegamos estaba todo como se dejó, nunca entraron ni a checar el baño ni hacer limpieza . I can't speak enough about this place and its staff. We were here under unfortunate circumstances as my daughter was severely injured in a sporting event and admitted to the trauma center. The manager/owner Nick went well above and beyond to accommodate all our needs during this difficult time. He made sure we were able to stay in our room and keep the checkout date flexible since we weren't sure of the discharge date.
