Stay away if you value your money. I work nights so I didn't have maid service through the week, so the room needed a good vacuuming and a bit heavier than usual cleaning when I left. I crawled around on my hands and knees picking up most of the bits of popcorn that my kids spilled, but still - $58 cleaning fee. They claimed I broke their sofa, which was a bit uncomfortable but was barely used and definitely not broken by us. $235. Me and my family stay at the comfort suites from Wednesday- Sunday. For BTM graduation, after getting back to the hotel Saturday night our room wasn’t clean and wasn’t left any towels or wash cloths. My mom went into the bathroom and saw mode around the sink and went to the front deck and said something about it. The woman acted like she didn’t care but My mom demanded for a new room.
