Have stayed here numerous times After dealing with the lady at the front desk this morning, i have to say i will not be returning. I kniw they do not care about just one guest, no matter how many times you stay there, but i will find somewhere else to spend my money, and be treated a lot better. So sad you have someone like that to greet and help your guests in the mornings.

The hotel was great. Very clean rooms and a friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Chicago area.

Awesome complimentary breakfast .all you can eat !! Delicious � gym ,sofa bed comfortable beds running water �. Customer service has been more than great. free wifi ,coffe , refrigerator & microwave id definitely recommended & be back .
