The hotel desperately needs a remodeling. TV without Netflix or any other paid stream, the elevators were dirty, my room on the fifth floor smelled of mold, as well as the sheets it was also torn in one part (small, but still). No water option in the room or to buy at the reception, I had to take it from the bathroom sink. It is the cheapest hotel in the area but for the price paid, I was at least expecting a better smell in the room and water.
The trash running over trash cans outside and the pot smoke was awful at the entrance upon our arrival. When we got to room the whole floor reaked of pot smell. Pool was out of service. If I could give it a lower rating I would.
I would say you get what you pay for but you don't even get that. Not only did it require 2 phone calls for a yes/no policy question (does this hotel require me to be 21 to check in) but the hotel itself was quite disappointing. I paid $323 for 3 nights and while the room was decently clean there were blood stains on the pillows, the comforter was ripped up and there was a baby roach in the bathroom. I have stayed and my family has stayed at this hotel with out any issues until today when I worked with front desk he was rude he kept cutting me off and when I walked away he still was trying to pick a fight with me my family was very upset with the experience if there was a way to give negitive stars I would
Excellent service, the complimentary breakfast was pretty awesome, clean room, can't lose. This is a good one.
