Excellent Service and Good staff
Carmel was soooo nice! As the receptionist, she made sure that our event-filled stay was perfect. I would definitely book here again. The rooms were clean, staff was sweet, and the breakfast delicious 😋. Thanks Choice/Comfort Suites! This is why I'm a member 💛.
A quiet but bu3ni hotel near Supermarke Wolmart Food Lion good location near Wake Hospital.
As of May 14, 2026, the hotel appears to be poorly maintained. The pool is not functioning, several machines in the gym are broken, and in room 417 it is impossible to properly ventilate the room because the window does not open even slightly. Overall, it feels like the hotel is trying to squeeze the last money out of its guests without investing back into the infrastructure and maintenance.
