Me and my family had stayed there so that we could go to the Raleigh State Fair and we had slept in the beds in our room and the next day one of our family members had lice and then so did I and now our entire family plus our friends have lice and I have curly hair because I'm half black so it will take forever to get the lice out of my hair now. House keeping need to do better In all a good experience They are remodeling and all I heard was noise and I was trying to rest
It might’ve been a 4 star hotel a decade ago but definitely not today. Found out they’re going through a renovation AFTER I checked in. They were nice enough to send a message saying the pool was closed before checking in but not saying that there would be construction noise from 9am-6:30pm. WiFi is nearly non existent so working is off the table for me. The staff is an absolute delight and very friendly and that’s the only thing that went right.
