For 24 hours now, I’ve been trying to reach this property about renting a room to do a seminar and they never answer the phone and when I do get them on the phone, they put me on hold and never pick up. I’ve also talked to Alex and he promised me a call back and that was at 10 o’clock this morning and now it’s almost 5 PM. This Property is a joke.

Rooms are pretty nasty and the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional
Hot tub was broken but no sign. You get in the water and the switch is broken. You tell them about it they just shrug their shoulders and said yeah it doesn't work and kept on going. This is the mood of the staff the whole time we were there, 2 days.
