Very nice place, clean and friendly staff, price is good and breakfast is awesome, we took food to our room and it was hot and good, the only thing i can suggest is you should have to show your room key to eat, I heard people talking that were eating and didn’t even stay there, or give people a ticket when they check in, I don’t want to pay more for some slackers.
We truly enjoyed our stay. This was our first time staying at this hotel. Great service, breakfast, food and pool. The shuttle bus ride on the way back could of bed better but the hotel was great!
Disappointed for what we paid. I wouldn't stay again.
This is a great hotel.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms kept nice and clean as was all the hotel area's. The outside bar was excellent and did lovely food and not priced at ridiculous prices. Pool was very well maintained and lots of fresh clean towels on hand. The old Town across the road was lovely and it was nice to have somewhere to go on a day off from the parks. The only downside was the shuttle buses. Very limited to the timings. This is a hidden gem near the parks. Super clean,comfortable and spacious. Near the busy 192 in Kissimmee but off the road enough to be quiet. Great staff too. I was so impressed the first time I stayed, I’m back again.
I can't recommend this hotel enough. Staff were brilliant and always so helpful. I've never seen a hotel being cleaned so much. I've been home for a week now and missing the breakfast oh and the swimming pool . Would defiantly stay here again.
