Disgustado completamente. Hice la reservación a través de la plataforma Expedia cuando llegué al hotel hacer check in me atiendo un caballero y cuando empiezo hablarle inglés, me percato que hable español y comenzamos el proceso de entrada al hotel en mi lenguaje español, me busca la reservación me indica que se me van a cobrar $120 de depósito como en todo hotel que la cantidad. ❤️ Big Hearts, Broken Doors 🚪 This was unfortunately a terrible stay. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the staff, they were truly kind, apologetic, and went out of their way to help. The hotel itself is extremely run-down and desperately needs repairs and updates. When we first arrived, none of the keys worked for any doors. It's a great place to stay. Close to all theam parks, restaurants and other daily needs. The owner Motu and their is a mother and daughter works there are the best and treat each guest like home. Only thing I didn't like about this place is there are two other receptionist works there name Lisa and Christina are very rude and doesn't know how to talk to guest. They make you feel uncomfortable staying here and each time you ask a question they answered very rudely and disrespectful. I would recommend this place to stay. Only ... read more
I don't recommend it at all. They moved us 2 times out of room. the second time the room had water everywhere and all the clothes got wet The Tv didn’t work in the first room
