We experienced an issue with our reservation upon arrival due to a complication with the Choice reservation system; something that was completely out of the hotel’s control. Wife stayed here recently from a reservation I booked for her. The hotel itself was fine, pool was clean as well and the complimentary breakfast is always nice to have but I wanted to mention Alan at the front desk because he made things easier during her stay. He was polite, easy to talk to, and handled everything without any issues.
