The young lady in the front desk Mayela was super attentive, helpful, and nice. Thanks to her our checking was smooth and I hope to see her again.
Great staff, clean rooms, but unfortunate bad luck! I stayed for one night on a work trip and found the hotel to be spotless and the team very friendly. However, a main pipe burst and cut off the water. After a long, sweaty day at work, I had to wash up using a dripping faucet. I just wish they would have communicated with me about the pipe issue when I first arrived. Despite the major inconvenience, the hotel itself is great, and for the price point, it would definitely be a 5-star stay under normal circumstances.
