The water was out and we couldn't take a shower. There wasn't even a drop and no one cared or responded.

We stayed here July 1st. We were made aware before checking in that there was no water. Unfortunately this was the city’s doing. There was a guest being so rude to Karen (receptionist that shift). The guest was speaking so ugly and cussing at Karen. She even called the cops. Karen handled everything so well, she apologized so many times but the guest was just so ugly. Aside from that issue, everything else was great! The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We will most definitely be returning to stay on our yearly trip... read more
