This place is disgusting. Especially Lisa who works there. Stay far far away from this trashy hotel.
The night concierge needs to be fired. She’s rude unhelpful and she does not do her job properly.
When you book a king room using reward points. They put you in a double bed room. You have to explain yourself multiple times abd it seems the person still doesn't understand and they have to call someone etc. After trying to say they cant move rooms because of direct pay....it makes me leave this review.
I chose this hotel because it had decent reviews. But I will never go back. I stayed on 3/15 checked in at night, the front desk work was a little rude and dismissive. She assigned my key wrong, so I had to go back to the front desk and fix it. I stood there waiting while her and the lady who relieved her stood in the back having the most unprofessional conversation about someone jumping on their car in the parking lot, and she cops showing up, honestly it made me uncomfortable to leave my car outside.
