Our room looked like it was speed cleaned a thousand times and they always missed certain things. The bed was super hard. Other than that, the front desk was professional and the rest of the room look clean.

Clean. Friendly. Elevator needs to be upgraded. Staff needs to not be glued to their phones.
This property does not compare in any way to other Comfort Inn locations. On the day we arrived, and even after we checked in, the Choice app still showed a total one-night price of $111, yet we were charged $160. We would not have minded paying $160 if the service and room quality matched the price, but they absolutely did not. The hallways had an overwhelming, foul odor, and the lobby and guest room were worn, dirty, and poorly maintained. Basic amenities did not function—the refrigerator and microwave were broken.
