If you are a female traveling alone, I do not recommend you staying at Comfort Suites Huntsville Research. The entire experience felt unsafe. The employees at the desk were nice. I slept good. Very old outdated building. If you just want to save money you could stay here but again it does not feel safe for a female traveling alone.

This location clearly does not meet Comfort Suites brand standards. The beds were comfortable but that’s about the only positive. It became almost comical the things that we kept noticing - like the management doesn’t even care. Front desk staff rarely available. Market was empty, no vending machines and ice machine was broken. Room had coffee cup lids but no cups. Bathroom had only half a roll of toilet paper and tub had multiple hairs in it and needed re caulking. No soap in bathroom only one small bottle of shampoo. Stay here was so unpleasant I deleted my choice account and want nothing to do with their company at all. Wyndham is way better

Fire everyone, including the owners!!!!! Easily one of the worse hotels I've ever been in and I'm a 60 yr old traveler. Why aren't there 0 stars available? If so, this would be a 0000. The rooms was supposed to be available at 3 pm. It wasn't available until nearly 6 pm. We had to come back 2x before getting into our room. The first room, yes the first room, was absolutely horrible!!! There was no "yellow tape", but nearly.
