When I first got there my pricing for my room wrong and a refund for it was suppose to be refunded and it has not been refunded for RM 216. The room was half clean because there was a smell of bleach in it We only had 2 small pillows on the bed, which I am on a machine I have to have my head up high. The remote to the TV didn't work at first. We had only 1 large bath towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 middle bath towel. Honestly....the second most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel is run down. The elevator is a death trap - not even sure how it's allowed to be in use. The rooms are disgusting, holes, torn curtains - the pillows must be at least 10 years old and tiny. The rooms is dimly lit (could easily imagine a murder in there...lol). IMO...Spend another $25 to not feel like you need a shower after staying there

I am not happy with my stay at this hotel. At first it seems like an ok hotel we opted for this instead of the la Quinta because I have always had a good stay at a comfort suits. I booked a room with a king and a pull out for my 12 year old. We were staying for 2 nights and it was the only one available that could fit all 3 of us. But the “pull out bed” was awful. If you enjoy public consumption of cannabis this place is for you. The girl at the front desk was incredibly slow and seemed more focused on weed and what I can only guess was a male companion. The rooms were significantly stained, mattresses were gross and the elevator and hallways stunk like weed. The parking lot was a scene until about 3am as well with the weed use.
