The staff here are very helpful. Due to it being in a kind of secluded area there is not a lot of traffic. There is also breakfast every morning!

I have never in the years of staying at hotels experienced rude behavior like I did at my check in. The guy who worked the front desk had such a bad demeanor as if he didn’t want to be bothered. Also questioning who was all staying in my room. In my reservation it stated 6 people. Reading is fundamental. Also there was NO hot water and they really thought we would want to continue our stay. Not clean or updated stains on beds and stains on sheets. wrong sheets to small. carpet on floors coming up and bath tub is not clean the grout is turning black and it's stained. Just not cleaned

When I first got there my pricing for my room wrong and a refund for it was suppose to be refunded and it has not been refunded for RM 216. The room was half clean because there was a smell of bleach in it We only had 2 small pillows on the bed, which I am on a machine I have to have my head up high. The remote to the TV didn't work at first. We had only 1 large bath towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 middle bath towel.
