I rarely leave reviews like this, but this experience needs to be shared. Late last night, I booked and paid for a room at Comfort Inn (1801 Dual Highway, Hagerstown) for one of my employees due to an emergency at her home. She arrived just before midnight during a severe storm, only to be told she would not be allowed to check in unless a $250 deposit was made using the same card as the reservation, with the cardholder physically present. Room was decent and spacious but the pool and hot tub were down and the main reason we booked the place. Location to Hagerstown made it a decent location
It had a bed. But the rooms or at least my room wasnt cleaned very well. And unfortunately I didnt notice until I had woken up from night shift. I'll spend the extra money for a different hotel next time. In the picture, thats dried Ramen noodles. There was a bottle cap in the closet, not a big deal but still. Also the walls are paper thin. I could hear a man yelling from down the hall.
Room was ok. No water pressure in bathroom for shower shower head was broke. Feel bad for handicap couldt use wand for shower mold all around ceiling. Thermostat for heater broke set for 70 got around 90 then just shut off in the middle of night. Staff was ok.
