RecommendedStaff was great... I’ll definitely be back
Rooms were noisy, had two large cockroaches in the bathroom, and graffiti on the wall in the room. When we checked out the front desk told us our card was declined, knowing there was no way possible I had to call my CC company just for them to tell me the hotel put the expiration date in wrong. When I brought up the graffiti and cockroaches (with pictures) the front desk didnt even apologize. 10/10 wont be coming back.
First room they put us in had MOLD in the closet!! Second room tv didn’t work, no alarm clock, door to room so heavy had to push really, really hard to open, & had thermostat set on 65 (outside temp in the low 40’s) woke up drenched with sweat!! Met a couple in the hallway that had to have a space heater brought in cuz their heater didn’t work!! We stayed there only because every where else was booked. Flooding from light in bathroom and 2” of water standing on floor. Tells us room above is showering??? So?? Tells us to use bathroom down in lobby??? Really??? Am I walking in shower water? My other room the ceiling fell in bathroom and they moved them to another room. We are stuck in this crap
Had to fix the toilet to stop running. used soap left in the bathtub.
I would’ve given this hotel a better review until they checked someone in with a dog… And whoever owns this dog left the dog by itself in a hotel room and it’s been barking for the last 52 minutes. I own a dog and a cat… So this is not me being an animal hater. But the rules and regulations should stipulate that people cannot leave their pet alone in a hotel if it’s going to make noise due to separation anxiety. Poor puppy!
Would have been better with more towels, and we only had ONE wash clothe. Our room was nice, quiet and comfortable.
