It was nice in the event center
Staff was excellent! Had 1st floor room which I asked for but people above us stomping on floor could hear it all ! Not motels fault people are just rude these days !
Horrible customer service! We unfortunately had to cancel our family vacation with 14 days notice... this hotel was unwilling to help us by refunding our pre-paid room reservation due to their "policy". We were charged $275 by a hotel that we will never set foot in. There was nothing, let me repeat, NOTHING in terms of help or customer service here despite their claims of award-winning customer service.
Very cool brand new hotel with the latest amenities, price is perfect and quite accommodating! bk

Would've given this hotel a 5 if the Internet strength was great. Everything else is excellent. Friendly staff and very clean hotel.
