This place is nasty! Room is dirty, bathroom smells like urine. Completely unacceptable!
The rooms are nasty.Front desk don't have a clue.Breakfast is never ready on time. I stayed there for 10 weeks on business. Every week my room was not ready by 4 sometimes 5pm.reservation was lost every week.reserved rooms was passed on to other people. Homeless people in the parking lot selling drugs.every night..If you are on vacation with your family. This is the last place you would want to stay. Not too mention the prostitution in every other Room.
I can’t rave enough about this place. Staff went above and beyond. Olivia LaDue, Alexander front desk. Phil Audino, Kyle & Tim. Linda and Alicia in the Breakfast area. Housekeeping team were very accommodating. We stayed there a week and traveled for a month. It was our pleasure. Manager can’t remember name. Maybe C.W.? Very personal and approachable. Must be very proud of his staff. Kudos to all! See you next year!!
I enjoyed my stay there and I will recommend it for anyone I know visiting VA Beach. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous and professional.

The Brookshire Suites-Inner Harbor on The Charm'tastic Mile is a New York style-boutique hotel with very nice rooms and easy access to all the main attractions downtown. The staff is very nice and professional.
Everything was clean and new. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows!!!
Excellent hotel! Greater than Holiday Inn and Hilton Inn. It is like home away from home. Smells clean and staff is kid-friendly. It also has a clean pool. I am not being paid to promote the hotel, I stayed at the hotel many times. Speedy WiFi, hot breakfast, comfy rooms, and is next to Don Gralits Museum of drag racing. It is my selection of hotels. Excellent room service.
The first thing that I wasn't pleased with was the fact that I had been on the road driving for 8 hours and upon arrival to this hotel there were no available parking spaces for me to park. There was an 18 wheeler truck that took up about 8-10 spaces and the hotel simply could not accommodate all of its guests. Secondly, upon entering the lobby there were 2 front desk staff members who kept me waiting for 3-4 minutes before asking how they could assist me.
