Checked in July 31, 2019. HUGE MISTAKE. This place is to coin a phrase... A Rat Hole... I will start with the ceiling in Room 166. Looks like someone made an attempt to remodel the room. We can only assume QI hired Moe, Larry, and Curly to do the upgrade. Drywall tape was peeling off the joint between the ceiling and wall; then painted over. This hotel is in a good location by the interstate, and it is clean and comfortable.
My family has booked this hotel for family reunion several times. This year we booked our stay for Aug 8-13, 2019. First night I was bitten severely by BED BUGS. Moved to another room to find clock roaches. Of course this was brought to the attention of the sorry manager (Tina) who gave me excuse but never an apology. Reception and housekeeping are great and service is attentive. Decent management and adequately professional staff
The price was fantastic. It’s close to many fast food places and a natural food grocer is across the street. The famous Edelweiss restaurant is just blocks away and so is the Southgate Shopping Plaza.
We just needed a place to stay overnight on a long trip, and found Cielo. The room was immaculate, comfortable beds, Kureg coffee maker, and free breakfast. It was a Great place to stay! Oh, it is a two story with No elevator. That may be a problem for some.
The service is really good. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are pretty much soundproof.
The employees and management are respectful and work together very well. Thank you.
