Front staff nice. Carpet has numerous stains recommend not walking bare foot. Only one elevator works and the vending machine is on the second floor that is being remodeled. Very creepy up there was afraid to get off elevator.
They let us play in the pool later then 11 and it was very clean, lots of room, nice staff
Glad you asked..the stay was not good at all..the guy at the front desk was not friendly at all..the room smelled funny..the sofa bed was smelly..like feet.and was very uncomfortable..the sprungs stuck up and my Granddaughter only 9 yrs old complained all day of back paibs..very disappointed..we did not pick the room..Hotwire did..bad choice..was my 1st time there and last time..we booked last night through Travelocity..and although there were 2 elevators only 1 worked and it had paste on the walls..and it was very slow..
The receptionist was nice. Only one elevator worked. When I got to my room and open the door it smelled old and moldy. Whom ever cleaned the room did not put trash bags in the trash cans. I was very disappointed. Never had an experience at any comfort suites before.
Not again . Keep driving . But good restrauant in same parking lot. ,
