Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. I gave 2 stars because the gentleman at the front was fairly nice. I came here for my boyfriend’s birthday, he loves Pinballz, so we decided to stay close by. The lamp shade was yellow and had stains, the bathtub had black “something” you couldn’t get out (I’m so glad I didn’t take a bath). I’ve stayed at Knights Inn’s better than this. First, the bad... The breakfast was sort of gross. The eggs, I think they were eggs, had a texture like a sponge and only a little more flavor. The sausage was a good example of why it is best not to wonder what parts of the animal, or what species, go into its production. The room was comfortable. I just wish it was possible to block outside light with the curtains. They actually do a pretty good job. I am just sensitive to light . The pool, service, and other features were also quite adequate.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. I have points with this chain and it has been a disappointment each time more than the previous! This place is falling apart quickly and lacking the attention from upper management at every single location we've been to just trying to use up our last points to never again use them. It would be easier to tell you the things that were positive then list the negatives which literally would go on and on and on forever.

Dirty and a lot of trash in common areas, the pool looked dirty as well, and breakfast was terrible (cold eggs, pancake machine wasn't working, waffle dough miss label). Graffiti in the stairs, no ice machine on ground level. Terrible experience!
