Nothing says "welcome" quite like having Fox News blaring in the lobby all day. I travel to relax, not to be exposed to vitriolic partisan political commentary while checking into a hotel. If your goal is to make a portion of your guests feel unwelcome before they even reach their room, this is certainly one way to do it.
The location is a bit awkward to get to on 501. Depending on what direction you're going you have to make a u turn and that can be rough with all the traffic. The bathroom is a bit dark and the shower head sits unusually low. The room AC is incredibly noisy. When my wife and I went to leave our room this morning, housekeeping was cleaning the room across the hall and we noticed a roach crawling up the outside of the door. Driveway very hard to find and get in to. But the rooms are clean and staff is friendly.
