Recommendednice rooms good service clean excellent
The room was very big for the price and plenty of space to sleep. The water in the shower never got hot for us to shower with warm water! We had to take a cold shower! I spoke to the lady at the front desk and still no one called me back!
Wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff. We are staying the week. Nice breakfasts and located near the new walking trail.
Our room was clean. Breakfast was hot and it was kept up both mornings. I would have given 5 stars except the water never got warmer than lukewarm. We were there for a baseball tournament so my son couldn't take a hot bath after being all day on the field to relax his muscles much less for us sweating all day.
I am writing this evaluation with regard to my recent visit from Dec. 27 to Jan. 3. My wife and I stayed in Room 111. Everything about this week-long visit was wonderful. The entire staff from the front desk staff to food service and maids were helpful and enjoyable to be around. The room was always clean and maintained clean. The warm breakfast was excellent. I loved the Room. The hospitality from one.of.the desk clerk was very rude and nasty. Non professional work environment. The over all hotel is very nice and clean. But with the rudeness at.the front desk.mad me and ny family very upset and uncomfortable. My understanding it was the owers wife. Unfortunately there was no.manager. to.complain to. I have never felt so humiliated. In my life. It was worse 30 minutes. Of my life checking into the hotel in the utmost uncomfortable disrespectful way.
