Pam and her staff knocked our fraternity formal out of the park. The food, employees, and facilities were awesome.
We enjoyed our stay ! Definitely would come back here on our next visit to Marquette !! Go Wildcats !
The room was lovely and the bed was heaven! They also had really great in-room coffee and hot chocolate! It was a really nice hotel.
Loved the hospitality. Nathan at the front desk went over and beyond for us as guest. Thank you sir you should train others in how to treat people and in customer service. Very nice guy. And was willing to go to any extreme to find out how to the jets on and brought forks up to our room. Thanks for making our stay that much better than if we would have stayed in another hotel. I will say though they do need new carpet. Our room 203 the carpet was gross. But Nathen was awesome. Thanks again. Room 203
