Excellent staff. Rooms are great. Nice comfortable beds and pillows. Very rare I find a comfortable pillow. Excellent breakfast. We forgot some toiletry items. They give them to us no questions asked. They highly support the veterans. Very patriotic. I give it a 5 star for the pillows. Stayed 4 nights. Will stay again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in! The only bad part was the train, but any place you stay in Flagstaff there will be the sound of trains. The room was exceptional, delicious breakfast and attentive staff!
It is a suite with sofa and chair--plenty of lamps. They have free breakfast, too�����
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the little working area and mini living room is cute. And breakfast is on point.
Very nice room, love area they made for pets, always try to stay at a comfort inn.
