If I could give this place a zero, I would. It was disgusting. The bedsheets had not been changed. They were absolutely covered in dog hair. The floor was covered in dog hair and the whole room stank. When I complained about the sheets, I was given a new set that I had to put on myself and one of those thin itchy brown blankets, no comforter. Great value for price. Recently updated nice rooms and breakfast.
Staff steals your personal toiletries (nothing special, either!) and the front desk clerk shrugs his shoulders and says "oh well." They won't even give you complementary soap to replace what they stole. I've never seen anything like it. Even cheap hotels give you complementary soap--and don't steal what you bring yourself.
