No one likes hearing that they have to replace a furnace. But Matt and John did a really wonderful job of empathizing and explaining why it was necessary. Nothing felt scammy or sales focused. They know how much it sucks to have to deliver news like that and I appreciate how human they were in the whole experience.
Extremely pleased with the cost for duct cleaning , their professionalism and customer service . The phone interaction with staff was always pleasant. They have set prices so I received an estimate immediately and it did not change after they did the work. The gentlemen that performed the service were prompt and left no mess behind! From start to finish this experience was 5 star.
