Crew arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything throughly, answered questions and cleaned up well after the job.

The technician called before arrival and arrived within the scheduled time window. The technician was friendly and polite and took care to cover his work shoes with booties when he entered our home. The service work was completed in a timely manner - about an hour. One complaint. The technician was wearing VERY HEAVY cologne. We are still trying to vent the smell out of our home 30 minutes after he left. Cologne is unnecessary!
We’ve been customers of Comfort Solutions for over 7 years, and this past weekend reminded us why. Late Friday night around 9 p.m., we realized our A/C had stopped working. Fast, polite, and fixed the issue. Explained everything to me. My AC was broken and leaking water everywhere and these guys were here within 2 hours and have it cleaned up and working.
