A/C was not working for second floor. Called on Sunday but decided to just wait till Monday for repair. Emergency on call Tech called to see if I really wanted to wait, great communication. Said the office would call in the morning around 8. Recieved a scheduling call at 7:58. Tech was scheduled between 9 and 11. 9:45 Tech called to tell me he would be here in about 15 minutes. Comfort Solutions sent a technician over to assess the issues with our non working air conditioning. The system being 18 years old needed to be replaced. They carefully explained what was needed and we scheduled installation of a new system. They arrived the date they said they would and completed all work in a timely manner. They were extremely professional making sure to take away old parts and clean up any mess they made during install. I highly recommend them
