The overall experience for my mother was great. Cynthia did a great helping me translate to my mom who doesn’t know English exactly how the whole process worked step by step. She also helped walked my mom downstairs as I was locked out of the building.
I just got home after my sleep study last night, Cynthia & David(?) we’re kind and considerate, and the rooms were nice as well(I was in 6 I think. )But I couldn’t warm up enough to sleep, so Cynthia got me another blanket kindly.. if I have to return for a follow up, God forbid,will definitely dress warmer and bring a heavier blanket- even maybe my heating pad- if it doesn’t interfere with the testing apparatus. Alty was very nice, she was very patient she is very considerate She even help me find the parking lot because I couldn't find it. she is awesome
The experience in comfort sleep clinic was absolutely wonderful and the technicians were very helpful and respectful. Shoutout to Elizabeth who was a great and friendly! The people who answered my calls were very respectful and polite especially Michelle. Overall I would revisit! Great service!
