I would give my experience 3 stars. The staff was nice and helpful, but the room was very hot and uncomfortable due to the AC not working. The fan provided was also very dusty, which irritated my throat. Since this was a sleep appointment, I feel more effort should have been made to provide a clean and comfortable environment so I could properly rest.
