My reviews keeps getting deleted and yes Sean did do business with our family on Empresa Ln. All we are asking is for you to actually contact us and make things right I will be more than happy to delete this review. Sean refused to show up for listing appointments AND OPEN HOUSES. Amazing FULL SERVICE realtor/realtor estate company. I have worked Comfort Realty and Sean Seitz for over seven years and have done 7 realestate transactions with them. They have provided excelent service, keen insite on local markets and actually took the time to understand my realestate goals. They have have been an indispensable partner on my road to building wealth in the realestate game. Looking forward to doing many more deals with them in the very near future.
My home was recently listed and sold by Sean Seitz. He was accommodating and professional. The whole process was properly explained from start to finish, he was available to answer all my questions, worked efficaciously and promptly to get my home sold regardless of the obstacles presented, and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Sean.
Buyer and seller beware. Sean has been nothing but a nightmare to work with. He refused to get the home appraised first before listing calling it a “pricing strategy”. He listed the home extremely below market value. He refuses to listen to any wants or concerns especially for sellers. He takes advantage and ropes you into a contract with manipulation and lies. We recently sold my parents’ longtime home in Camarillo Springs using Rebeca Elliot as of Comfort Real Estate as our agent. Rebeca worked diligently for our family, not only to sell the house at a good price in a timely manner, but also by steering us to resources to get the house cleaned and and ready for the new owner.
