Like other people have said, really there should be an option to give this company zero stars. My condo is managed by this company. A year ago, I went through a very stressful experience when a pipe leaked in my unit, leading to water damage. Management not only charged me for all of the repairs even though they expressed I did not cause the leak, but I sought an additional quote from another plumber to see what the repairs would cost from an outside plumber, and found out that the property management company was charging me... read more

I had an excellent experience with Comfort Property Management. Calvin and Le were exceptional from start to finish. They repaired my ceiling after water damage, carefully prepping the room, completing the work with great attention to detail, and leaving everything clean. Do your research before getting the services of Comfort Property. They will mismanage your corporation big time!! Big deficit, no financial reports and drained reserved funds.

BEWARE!! Comfort Prop Mgmt does not manage your condo according to the owners' benefit but running under the dictatorship of the Board of Directors - no Financial Report, no audit, no AGM, reserved funds running a big deficit, etc, etc. Is it not we are paying them to manage our Condo corp to run smoothly? Our condo corp went down the drain under their management so BEWARE before getting their services
