I’ve held off on writing this review in hopes that the situation would be rectified but it has not. Used to own a unit and one of the buildings they manage. The unit was sold and they still took out the automatic payment for the following month. Communicated several times with the property manager, as well as sent over proof of the sale. The property manager has refused to email back and no one at head Office seems to be able to help. This was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had with contractors in a long time. Knowing they were a big company, my wife and I felt it was trustable and prices were fair. We had our washroom, living room floors and some touch up done around the house. Also thanks to Calvin and his team for always keeping the work area clean. Everything was great and work was done fast Thank you comfort
