Excellent service. Best place in town to get parts. Everywhere else employees are terrible at customer service.
Great experience. Great staff. Manager was helpful and went above the call of duty. Store is clean and organized. Haven't been in for several years, I will be using Comfort Products again.

Went through some rebuilding time but now they are on track. No problems getting a call back or through directly. Knowledgeable and about the work.
I would not do business with these people. They aren't very knowledgeable and want to charge you retail even when you've been in business for 40 years. I got upset and they were rude, soni got ruder.
